Our refund and returns policy is very important. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and no returns or refunds are allowed.
If you are unsure whether a resource will be appropriate for your students, please reach out to us via the contact form prior to your purchase to ask questions. We are happy to help you.

Refunds
Again, all sales are final and refunds will not be allowed.
Product Delivery
If you haven’t received your product in the download, please log into your account. If you forget a password, you may request a password reset.
Sale items
Occasionally, we will offer sales. We will not be able to honor sale prices before or after the sale begins/ends.
Gifts
You may purchase items as a gift for your child’s teacher. Please share with us your teacher’s email address in order for us to make sure she receives the downloaded product.
